بررسی تاثیر گرایش به نوآوری بر عملکرد کارکنان در تولید محصولات جدید (مورد مطالعه: کارکنان شرکت سایپا)

چکیده

نوآوری در تولید محصولات جدید می‌تواند به عنوان یک شاخص برای ارزیابی ساختار سازمانی و استراتژی سازمانی سازمانی باشد. هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی تاثیر گرایش به نوآوری بر کیفیت تولید محصولات جدید می‌باشد. تحقیق حاضر از حیث روش توصیفی-پیمایشی می‌باشد. همچنین جامعه آماری تحقیق کارکنان شرکت سایپا می‌باشد. جهت انتخاب گروه نمونه از نمونه گیری در دسترس استفاده شد، به طوری که نهایتا تعداد 382 نمونه جمع آوری و تحلیل گردید. ابزار اندازه گیری متغیرهای تحقیق، پرسش نامه است که دارای روایی و اعتبار تایید شده می‌باشد. به منظور تحلیل استنباطی داده‌ها از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و برای آزمون فرضیه‌ها به طور اخص از مدل معادلات ساختاری استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که گرایش به نوآوری تاثیر معنی داری بر بازارمحوری، طراحی و توسعه منابع نوآوری دارد. بازارمحوری بر خلاقیت سازمانی و کیفیت محصولات جدید موثر است. طراحی بر خلاقیت سازمانی و عملکرد محصولات جدید موثر است. خلاقیت سازمانی بر کیفیت محصولات جدید اثر معنی داری دارد همچنین توسعه منابع نوآوری بر کیفیت محصولات جدید اثر معنی داری داشته است.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of innovation tendency on the quality of production of new products. The present study is a descriptive-survey method. Also, the statistical population is the research of Saipa Company employees. Available sampling was used to select the sample group, so that finally 382 samples were collected and analyzed. The tool for measuring research variables is a questionnaire that has validity and validity. Confirmatory factor analysis was used for inferential analysis of the data and structural equation modeling was used to test the hypotheses. The results showed that the tendency to innovation has a significant impact on market-oriented, design and development of innovation resources. Market-oriented is effective on organizational creativity and quality of new products. Design affects organizational creativity and the performance of new products. Organizational creativity has a significant effect on the quality of new products. Also, the development of innovation resources has a significant effect on the quality of new products.
