ارائه یک مدل تلفیقی چندهدفه با استفاده از الگوریتم‌های AHP و TOPSIS برای ارزیابی و انتخاب تأمین کنندگان و تخصیص سفارش

چکیده

یکی از مهم‌ترین چالش‌ها در مدیریت زنجیره تأمین‌، انتخاب درست تأمین‌­کنندگان و تخصیص سفارش به آن‌هاست زیرا انتخاب نادرست تأمین­کنندگان می­تواند موقعیت مالی و فنی یک زنجیره تأمین را دچار اختلال نماید. با توجه به این که مسئله انتخاب تأمین‌­کنندگان یک مسئله تصمیم­گیری چندهدفه با معیارهای چندگانه است، در این مقاله یک مدل برنامه­ریزی ریاضی چندهدفه خطی ارائه شده است که در آن برای تعیین اولویت (وزن) تأمین‌­کنندگان از روش تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی استفاده شده که با در نظر گرفتن معیارهای ارزیابی مناسب، ضمن تعیین تعداد مناسب تأمین‌­کنندگان، میزان سفارش مواد اولیه را نیز از هر تأمین‌­کننده مشخص می­کند. یک مدل برنامه­ریزی ریاضی متشکل از پنج تابع هدف و چندین محدودیت است که روش اپسیلون محدودیت برای حل آن استفاده شده است. مدل ارائه شده با در نظر گرفتن داده­های مربوط به یک شرکت دارویی حل شده و نتایج مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. روش TOPSIS نیز برای تعیین بهترین جواب پارتو استفاده شده است. نتایج عددی مدل و تحلیل حساسیت انجام شده حاکی از کارایی مدل ارائه شده است.

چکیده [English]

Supplier selection and allocating orders to them accurately, is one of the most important challenges in supply chain management.The reasone is that an incorrect choosing suppliers can disrupt the financial and technical position of supply chain. Whereas the supplier selection is a multi-objective decision making with multiple criteria problem, in this paper a linear multi-objective mathematical programming model is presented. In this model, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) has been used for determining supplier’s priority (weight). By choosing proper evaluation criteria, appropriate number of suppliers and suitable amount of row material orders from each supplier can be specified. The presented model is a mathematical programming model that includes five objective functions and several contraints. Epsilon constraint method is applied to solve the model using a pharmaceutical company data. Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) has carried out to determine the best answer Among Pareto solutions. The results of numerical example and sensitivity analysis show the applicability of the suggested model.
