چکیده

خوابگاه دانشجویی به عنوان خانه دوم دانشجو اهمیت ویژه‌ای دارد. هدف از پژوهش جاری شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی عوامل موثر برای فراهم نمودن خوابگاهی مناسب جهت رفاه حال دانشجویان می‌باشد. از رویکرد مقایسه‌ای دو روش تحلیل شبکه‌ای و دیمتل جهت اولویت‌بندی عوامل موثر استفاده شده است. مطالعه موردی مربوط به خوابگاه‌های دانشجویی دانشگاه قم می‌باشد. در پژوهش حاضر، ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها مصاحبه و پرسشنامه از مسئولان و خبرگان در این امر بود که 17 معیار به عنوان معیارهای اولیه انتخاب شد. در نهایت 11 معیار به عنوان معیارهای کلیدی از سوی خبرگان، منتخب گردید. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که از میان شاخص‌ها و معیارهای مورد بررسی، «مدیریت ساختمان‌های خوابگاه» و «نظم» در هر دو تکنیک اولویت بالا و یکسانی داشت در حالی که «در درسترس بودن ساختمان‌های خوابگاه‌ها به یکدیگر» از نظر تکنیک تحلیل شبکه‌ای و «خدمات رفاهی خوابگاه‌ها» از نظر تکنیک دیمتل بیشترین سهم را در بهبود کیفیت یک خوابگاه ایفا می‌کنند.

Student dormitories, as second homes for students, are of great importance. The purpose of the current research is to identify and rank the effective and important factors in providing an appropriate dormitory regarding the welfare of students. The effective factors are prioritized by comparing analytical network process and DEMATEL methods. This case study is conducted in dormitories of the University of Qom. In the current study, the data was collected through interviews and questionnaires filled out by officials and experts, according to which 17 criteria were selected as the basic criteria. Finally, 11 criteria were chosen as the key criteria by the experts. The results show that among the indicators and criteria studied, the management of dormitoy buildings and discipline are high priorities according to both methods. According to ANP analysis dormitory buildings accessing each other and according to DEMATEL analysis welfare services within the dormitory play the most important roles in improving the quality of a dormitory.
