Abstract

I am happy to share the latest issue of the Journal of Engineering Management and Soft Computing (JEMSC). This journal serves as an international platform for high-quality research at the crossroads of engineering management and intelligent computing.
Modern engineering and organizational systems face growing uncertainty, complexity, and rapid technological change. Tackling these challenges requires decision-making frameworks that blend engineering management principles with soft computing techniques. These techniques include fuzzy systems, machine learning, evolutionary algorithms, and intelligent decision-support models. JEMSC is committed to promoting this kind of interdisciplinary research that is grounded in solid analysis and relevant to management.
The articles in this issue highlight emerging research trends in intelligent management systems, data-driven optimization, computational modeling, and mixed analytical methods. Together, these contributions show how soft computing can improve flexibility, strength, and effectiveness in engineering and management decisions while ensuring methodological rigor and real-world usefulness.
As a biannual , bilingual journal, JEMSC follows strict peer-review standards and ethical publishing practices, fostering collaboration among scholars worldwide. We invite original and innovative submissions from researchers, academics, and postgraduate students that match the journal’s goals and help advance both theory and practice.
