Editor’s Message

I am happy to tell you about the issue of the Journal of Engineering Management and Soft Computing. The Journal of Engineering Management and Soft Computing is still a place for people to share their research. This research is, about how engineering management and intelligent computational methods work. The Journal of Engineering Management and Soft Computing helps people learn from each other.
Today engineering managers have a time because things are really complicated and always changing. They have to make decisions and deal with a lot of uncertainty. To handle this they need to use a mix of engineering management principles and soft computing techniques. This includes things like systems, machine learning, intelligent optimization and using data to make good decisions. The Journal of Engineering Management and Systems Computing or JEMSC for short wants to help move this kind of research by being very careful with the details and making sure it is useful in real life. JEMSC is focused on this goal. Wants to make sure that engineering managers have the tools they need to succeed in these complex environments with the help of engineering management and soft computing techniques, like machine learning and data-driven decision support.
The articles in this issue show what is new in management systems and other areas like computational modeling. These areas include analytical frameworks and optimization-based decision making. The articles show how soft computing methods can make things better in engineering and management. They can make systems more adaptable and stronger. This means they can work better in situations. Intelligent management systems and computational modeling are what these articles are, about. They can help people make decisions.
The Journal of Emerging Management and Social Sciences is a journal that comes out two times a year. It is written in two languages. This journal is very serious about making sure the things it publishes are good and accurate. The Journal of Emerging Management and Social Sciences wants to make sure everything it does is fair and honest. The Journal of Emerging Management and Social Sciences also wants to work with people from around the world who are interested, in academics. We want people who do research and students who are getting degrees to send us their work. We are looking for interesting things that fit with what The Journal of Emerging Management and Social Sciences is trying to do.
