Abstract

The Journal of Engineering Management and Soft Computing (JEMSC) is continuing to provide an international scholarly forum for all aspects of the intersection between engineering management and soft computing methodologies.
Due to rapid advances in technology, digital transformation, and increasingly complex system designs, both engineering and management decision making require rigorously analytical, yet sufficiently flexible methodologies to handle uncertainty. The objective of JEMSC is to publish research that advances the integration of engineering management concepts and soft computing techniques (e.g., fuzzy systems, intelligent optimization, machine learning, and hybrid decision-support models).
This issue contains contributing papers that reflect current research trends in intelligent management systems, computational modeling, data-driven optimization, and soft computing-based decision frameworks. These papers provide strong evidence of how intelligent and flexible computational approaches enhance robustness, efficiency, and effectiveness in both engineering and organizational environments.
JEMSC is a biannual published bilingual, and maintains strict peer-review procedures and ethical publishing practices, while fostering international and interdisciplinary collaboration. As such, JEMSC encourages researchers, academicians, and graduate students to submit original high-quality research articles that fall within the scope and aims of JEMSC.
Jalal Rezaeenour, Ph.D., Editor-in-Chief, JEMSC; University of Qom, Iran
