Abstract

I am happy to share with you the issue of the Journal of Engineering Management and Soft Computing. The Journal of Engineering Management and Soft Computing is still helping people talk about ideas. These ideas are where engineering management and computational intelligence and soft computing meet. The Journal of Engineering Management and Soft Computing is doing a job of moving these conversations forward. Today things are changing fast in the world of technology and organizations. This means people who make decisions have to deal with a lot of uncertainty and complicated situations. To handle these problems we need to use a mix of management ideas and special computer techniques. These techniques include things like systems, intelligent optimization, machine learning and hybrid decision-support models. The Journal of Engineering Management and Systems Computing or JEMSC wants to be a place where people can share their research on these topics and help solve these problems. JEMSC is trying to help with the challenges that are coming up by being a platform for research, on engineering management and systems computing. The articles in this issue are about what's happening now in intelligent management systems and other related fields like data-driven optimization and computational modeling. These fields are important for making decisions. The people who wrote these articles paid attention to making sure their methods are good and that their work is useful to managers. These articles show how using soft computing approaches can help make engineering and management decisions. They can make these decisions more flexible and effective. Intelligent management systems and data-driven optimization are used to make decisions. Computational modeling is also important for decision-making. The articles are helpful because they show how soft computing can be used in situations. Intelligent management systems are useful, for making decisions. The Journal of Engineering and Management Science Center, which is published every quarter is dedicated to following rules when it comes to reviewing the work of other people. This means that the Journal of Engineering and Management Science Center has standards for the people who write for it. The Journal of Engineering and Management Science Center also does things in a way that's fair and honest. The Journal of Engineering and Management Science Center wants to help people from countries work together on academic projects. The Journal of Engineering and Management Science Center is especially interested, in studies that combine subjects like theory and practice to help solve real problems that engineers and organizations face in the real world. We would like to invite researchers, academics and postgraduate students to send us their work that is good and matches what the Journal of Emerging Management and Science Research or JEMSC for short is about. We are excited to see what people will send us in the future to help make JEMSC more important, in the world of science. Jalal Rezaeenour, PhD Editor-in-Chief University of Qom, Iran
