I am happy to share first issue of Volume 12 of the Journal of Engineering Management and Soft Computing (JEMSC). The journal continues to be an important space for ideas at the intersection of engineering management, computational intelligence, and soft computing. It helps advance these conversations. In today’s fast-changing technological and organizational landscape, decision-makers face more uncertainty and complexity. Tackling these challenges requires combining management principles with computational techniques like intelligent systems, optimization, machine learning, and hybrid decision-support models. JEMSC aims to be a leading platform for research that addresses these issues. The articles in this issue showcase current developments in intelligent management systems, data-driven optimization, and computational modeling. The authors have focused on methodological rigor and practical relevance, showing how soft computing approaches can make engineering and management decisions more flexible and effective. JEMSC is published quarterly and is dedicated to strict peer review while maintaining high standards of scholarly integrity. The journal encourages fairness, transparency, and international collaboration in academic work. We are especially interested in interdisciplinary studies that connect theory and practice to address real-world problems faced by engineers and organizations. I thank all contributors for their valuable work. We invite researchers, academics, and postgraduate students to submit high-quality manuscripts that fit the journal’s scope. We look forward to receiving your submissions, which will strengthen JEMSC’s role in the scientific community. Sincerely, Jalal Rezaeenour, Editor-in-Chief, Journal of Engineering Management and Software Computing (JEMSC)
